Although K3S-Replenish® is designed to run on an IBM Powerserver, one of the strengths of our system is our ability to integrate well with any ERP on the market.  Our software is successfully utilized in environments ranging from AS400 to Windows.

Our installation team will handle every aspect of the integration process from installing the software all the way through data checking.  The burden on your IT department is kept to an absolute minimum.

From the time of the software purchase to the first day of training is less than 60 days.  You will be up and running in no time!

Education

What good is an advanced piece of software if you don’t know how to use it?  That’s why we put a strong emphasis on our training programs at K3S.  When you purchase our software, you enter into a partnership with a company that truly wants you to succeed and will do everything possible to ensure that happens.

It all starts with our initial product training.  After K3S-Replenish® is installed you will be paired with one of our experienced trainers to get you up and running as soon as possible.  The training starts with a series of conference calls where you will begin to learn the basics of the system.  Once the conference call portion of training is complete, our trainers come on-site for 2 days of intense work to help you become more proficient on the system.

But it doesn’t stop there.  As your users get more comfortable operating K3S-Replenish®, more questions on the advanced features will arise.  As part of your annual maintenance your company gets personal hourly training every week via GoToMeeting for each buyer. Our goal is to make you successful, and the only way that is possible is that you know and understand our product!

After that time, all of our customers are able to attend our monthly webinars where we discuss topics and features in the system in order to help new buyers get up to speed and keep experienced buyers sharp on their skills.

At any point, our customers also have access to our support system which consists not only of email support, but also phone support.
